Does Homes4All directly assign housing or manage social housing waiting lists?
No. Homes4All does not allocate housing and is not a public body. We do not manage housing emergencies or social service desks.
We work alongside public authorities, third-sector organisations, and foundations to activate and support housing projects with positive social impact, but we do not decide who the homes are assigned to.
Can I contact you if I am looking for affordable housing?
We understand how difficult it is to find affordable housing. However, we are not able to receive or manage individual housing requests.
If you are experiencing housing difficulties, we recommend contacting your local municipal social services, which can assess situations and activate pathways in collaboration with us.
How does Homes4All operate?
We regenerate unused or underutilised properties and bring them back onto the market with social purposes.
We work with investors, public bodies, and social organisations to develop social housing, co-housing, student housing, temporary or solidarity housing projects. Our work focuses on enhancing abandoned real estate assets and connecting resources and expertise.

Homes4All is a Benefit Corporation, meaning that alongside profit, it has formally embedded public benefit purposes in its corporate statute, such as tackling housing marginalisation, urban regeneration, and promoting social inclusion.
We have also been a certified B Corp since 2022. This certification confirms that we meet rigorous international standards for social and environmental impact, transparency, and governance, assessed by B Lab through the B Impact Assessment.
